SANKEN Float and Low-e Flat Glass Tempering Furnace, it adopts world-class technical design, advanced frequency conversion blower control and intelligent module temperature control, perfectly combined with the unique design of air tank, heating and the heat balance, minimize the loss of glass heat and energy saving.

SANKEN adopts perfect quality high-temperature resistant materials, combined with a unique assembly process, to minimize the heat loss. The whole furnace realizes the real-time monitoring of glass loading, heating, cooling, unloading transmission and the lifting of glass heating and cooling sections, and the cooling fan of blower, for all these motors, if there is a problem with one of them, it can automatically give an alarm and remind in the real time.

SANKEN adopts a multi-point detection temperature control system to ensure that the temperature of each zone in the furnace is equalization and consistent, to reduce the phenomenon that the glass bursts inside the furnace due to the temperature deviation of each heating zone inside the furnace is too big.
