SANKEN Glass Flat & Bending (curved) Tempering Furnace, the automatic mould adopts automatic synchronization molding technology for the upper and lower rollers, it automatically adjusts the curved shape by the computer, and the important parts of automatic mould are processed by high-precision CNC lathes to ensure the high precision of the curved arc, and the structure of the automatic mould is composed of multiple sets of curved arc-changing devices. Each set of arc-changing devices can automatically change the radian or fine-tune separately. The final product of curved tempered glass has high precision and smooth curved arc effect, and the quality meets the international first-class standard.
