SANKEN Good Quality Insulating Glass Production Line has the functions of automatic glass loading, automatic Low-e glass coating deletion, automatic glass washing, spacer frame manually loading, outer automatic assembly, inner automatic assembly, inner automatic gas filling, inner automatic pressing, automatic two component sealing with Robot and automatic glass unloading.
1. The whole line of SANKEN insulating glass production line is controlled by PLC and Touch Screen, which is efficient and highly intelligent.
2. The whole line adopts frequency speed control, and the maximum transmission speed reaches 45 meters /1 minute.
3. The glass loading & unloading are controlled by SERVO and driver, making glass loading and unloading more accurate, stable and safe.
4. The coating deletion movement is controlled by SERVO, it can automatically remove the coating of square and unequal low-e glass.
5. The washer is made of high-quality stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials. It adopts 2 sets of unique design high-pressure air knives and 3 pairs of special brushes to ensure the best cleaning effect, and it will not damage the surface coating of Low-e glass.
6. It has an automatic identification system for coating surface to ensure that the Low-e glass can be cleaned and assembling correctly.
7. The glass pressing section adopts advanced technology, which can automatically detect the length and height of the glass.
8. With on-line automatic gas filling system, for making the sound insulation, heat insulation and energy saving be perfect.
9. The two component sealing is automatically controlled by CNC, SERVO motor and driver, advanced, intelligent and accurate operation.
10. The whole insulation line adopts an energy-saving system with intermittent automatic operation, it can be automatically suspended when part of the line is stop working, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving.
11. In addition to realizing the simple operation, high efficiency, high automation, high processing precision and high stability of the human-machine interface, the design of the whole processing line is also based on the convenience of maintenance.
